【Faculty Recruitment Announcement】National Dong Hwa University, Department of Natural Recourses and Environmental Studies is recruiting for one full-time faculty position
一、徵聘教師職級：助理教授(含)以上之專任師資。
I. Position: Full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher.
二、名額：1名。
II. Recruitment Quota: One
三、起聘日期：116年2月1日 (115學年度第2學期)。
III. Commencement Date: Feb. 1, 2027 (2027 Spring semester)
四、資格(需符合下列條件之一)：
IV. Qualifications (must meet at least one of the following qualifications):
1.具教育部認可之國內外博士學位
1. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree earned at a domestic or international institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MOE) of Taiwan.
2.具教育部助理教授以上證書
2. Applicants must hold an Assistant Professor (or higher) Certificate issued by the Ministry of Education (MOE) of Taiwan.

1. 環境教育與傳播(環境教育發展與評估、環境解說與氣候變遷傳播、或社區參與永續發展等)
2. 環境政策與治理(治理體制、環境法規及政策、或環境正義等)
V. Expertise:
1. Environmental Education and Communication (Environmental Education Development and Assessment, Environmental Interpretation and Climate Change Communication, or Community Participation and Sustainable Development, etc.)
2. Environmental Policy and Governance (Governance Institutions, Environmental Regulations and Policy, or Environmental Justice, etc.)

(3)若為國外學經歷須檢附：國外學歷證件、國外修業成績單、國外經歷服務證明等（需向駐外單位辦理驗證戳記，並附國內公證人認證之中文譯本）、歷年入出境紀錄(請逕向內政部移民署申請，申請人為外國人或僑民者免附)、國外學位送審教師修業情形一覽表（如附件1）。
(c) If the applicant’s educational background experience is overseas, the following documents must be attached: overseas academic certificates, overseas academic transcripts, overseas service certificates, etc. (verification stamps must be obtained from overseas agencies, and a Chinese translation certified by a domestic notary public must be attached), entry and exit records for each year ( please apply directly to the National Immigration Agency of the Ministry of the Interior; foreigners or overseas Chinese are exempt from attaching these documents ) , and a list of the study experience of the teachers whose overseas degrees are being reviewed (Appendix 1)

Please submit a binded hard copy of “VI. Required documents” in order and mail to No. 1, Sec. 2, Da Hsueh Rd. Shoufeng, Hualien 974301, Taiwan, R.O.C., “Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Studies, National Dong Hwa University, Department of Faculty Evaluation Committee” before Aug. 24, 2026 (Mon.) (postmark date will be considered proof of eligibility; late submissions will not be accepted). 八、複試：初試通過者由本系通知於9月中旬進行複試，複試原則以實體面試方式進行，惟在特殊狀況下得以視訊會議方式進行。
VIII. Second-round examination: Applicants who pass the preliminary examination will be notified by the department to participate in the second-round examination in mid-September. The second-round examination will be conducted in the form of an in-person interview, but in special circumstances, it may be conducted via video conference.
