International Conference on Transformation of Asia-Pacific Regions: Exploring New Directions in Economy, Environment, and Society

For the past few decades, the Asia-Pacific area has been in transformations within various sectors, including demographic, social, economic, environmental, and political transformations. The driving forces to make those changes are essential because of the area being wildly open to the world. We were privileged to beneficially affect the lives of tens of thousands of people who dwelled in this area, but we also were vulnerable to the prosperity of this area.

Double-folded purposes for this international conference are, first, to discusses the issues that the Asia-Pacific region is undergoing its dramatic transformation and adjustment. The second is that we have to share our developmental trajectories that could be other country’s or region’s strategy policies in the future. Therefore, empirical studies, as well as theoretical models for the Asia-Pacific areas, are welcome.
